Reynaers CW50 System
CW 50 is a curtain wall façade and roof system that offers unlimited creative freedom and allows maximum entrance of light into the building in either commercial or domestic settings. Curtain walling used in the entrance of a building can create a very unique and aesthetically pleasing look to a project, combined with residential or commercial door systems it certainly gives the wow factor. The system offers 11 individual styles with various outside appearances. Any combination of vertical and inclined planes are possible together with the integration of different types of vents and doors. The extensive range offers technical solutions for the different performance requirements of a façade such as fireproof and high insulating solutions. This system can also be painted in (dual colour) to any Ral colour or finish.

Estimating
We offer a fast and thorough service with advice and assistance on specification and design in the early stages.
Surveying
Providing an on-site measure service prior to manufacture.
Project Detailing
Liaising with site personnel, Architects and Clients to meet the project requirements. Producing detailed drawings incorporating specifications, finishes, glass and specialist ironmongery requirements.
Production
Fabrication at our premises in Taunton complies fully with the mandatory requirement (as of 1 July 2013) to CE Mark those products which fall under the scope of the European Standards: BS EN 14351-1:2006 + A1:2010 ‘Windows and External Pedestrian Doorsets without resistance to fire and/or smoke leakage characteristics’ and BS EN 13830 ‘Curtain Walling’.
Installation
Installation is carried out by our own experienced staff, all of whom hold the relevant CSCS cards appropriate to our works. All are fully trained in all aspects of Health and Safety and some hold IPAF licences for mechanical access work.
