Total Aluminium Systems
Total Aluminium Systems was established in 1995, initially as a Partnership of three family members.
Together with our small, but loyal, workforce we have well over 100 years experience in the Industry between us. In 2002 Total Aluminium Systems became a Limited Company, whilst maintaining the same staffing structure and high standards, in the last 20 years we have continued to grow our business and move forward. Recently in 2021 we added to the team bringing a new dynamic to the company that will see us continue that success long into the future.
Our business was successful from the outset and this we put down to a number of factors:
When time and efficiency are of utmost importance, you need to know your Supplier/Contractor can perform to your exacting needs; to deliver on time, on budget and to a continuously high standard.
This is an area where Total Aluminium Systems pride themselves. A high proportion of our work comes from repeat business or through recommendation. We believe our reputation has been established by working to the disciplines listed below.
As part of our service we are able to offer:
We offer a fast and thorough service with advice and assistance on specification and design in the early stages.
Providing an on-site measure service prior to manufacture.
Liaising with site personnel, Architects and Clients to meet the project requirements. Producing detailed drawings incorporating specifications, finishes, glass and specialist ironmongery requirements.
Fabrication at our premises in Taunton complies fully with the mandatory requirement (as of 1 July 2013) to CE Mark those products which fall under the scope of the European Standards: BS EN 14351-1:2006 + A1:2010 ‘Windows and External Pedestrian Doorsets without resistance to fire and/or smoke leakage characteristics’ and BS EN 13830 ‘Curtain Walling’.
Installation is carried out by our own experienced staff, all of whom hold the relevant CSCS cards appropriate to our works. All are fully trained in all aspects of Health and Safety and some hold IPAF licences for mechanical access work.
